By now probably all of you are familiar with the story about the Google
employee ex employee who had the nerve to point out that men and women are different, thus causing a triggered meltdown from shitlibs all over the nation. The number one weapon we wield against these people is the truth. Yes, we have fun triggering them but the most effective triggering methods are always based in the truth. When you can lose your job over something so simple and universally acknowledged as reality that a kindergartner gets it, I don’t know how it could be any more clear. Here’s the thing: you can disregard anything these people say. They talk about diversity but they demand just the opposite; that everyone conform to their world view no matter how twisted and out of touch with reality that world view may be.
The male Google employee who was fired after penning a controversial 10-page internal memo claiming that women were ‘biologically’ less likely to succeed in the realm of technology is now exploring legal options.
This is observable reality. Of course the leftist can’t admit to that so they claim that the reason men are more prominent in these positions must be because of the patriarchy or something, all while women stuff themselves into jobs like, “Diversity Director” or “Human Resources.”

In a statement, Google CEO Sundar Pichai said: ‘portions of the memo violate our code of conduct and cross the line by advancing harmful gender stereotypes in our workplace.’
By pointing out why women are underrepresented in certain areas, he advanced harmful gender stereotypes. This would be like if you thought that vegetable oil would work better and be better for the environment if you ran it in your car instead of motor oil. After a short period of time your car starts knocking. You take the car to the mechanic and he points out that vegetable oil is not the same as motor oil…………so you get mad and fire the mechanic.
Pichai said he was cutting his family vacation short in order to return to Google headquarters and deal with the aftermath of Damore’s essay on gender.
One guy writing a piece pointing out the truth has put a multi billion dollar operation into complete turmoil. Still think the truth isn’t an effective weapon?
In a note emailed to Google employees on Monday, Pichai said employees have a right to express themselves but ‘to suggest a group of our colleagues have traits that make them less biologically suited to that work is offensive and not OK.’
If there’s one thing that consistently makes me want to punch one of these people in the mouth, it’s when they say something is “not OK”. It’s like they see themselves as overseers of the child like populace who need to be told what is and isn’t ok.

Damore, who graduated from Harvard in 2013 with a doctoral degree in systems biology, had noted that women could not get ahead at Google because of biological differences.

It prompted backlash from Google’s new head of diversity, Danielle Brown, who denounced the memo in her own note to staff.
She said the memo ‘advanced incorrect assumptions about gender’ and did not display a viewpoint ‘that I or this company endorses, promotes or encourages’.
The irony that the guy who actually did work producing something for the company is fired for pointing out reality and is then scolded by a woman with a made up job as “head of diversity” is completely lost on these people.

Brown was hired in June to help steer the company as it tried to improve gender representation across its departments after falling under heavy scrutiny.
Imagine running a giant company like Google and hiring someone for the specific purpose of solving the problem of having too many people in positions of actually accomplishing something and replacing them with people who don’t.
Brown said Google fostered an open environment where all views are welcomed so long as they align with the company’s Code of Conduct and anti-discrimination laws.
“Yes yes yes. All views are welcome as long as they are the correct views. See how inclusive and diverse we are?”
‘Part of building an open, inclusive environment means fostering a culture in which those with alternative views, including different political views, feel safe sharing their opinions.
‘But that discourse needs to work alongside the principles of equal employment found in our Code of Conduct, policies, and anti-discrimination laws,’ she wrote.
Whatever it is that you do to make a living, stop for a moment and think: this bitch gets payed way more than you do so she can write shit like this.
No matter what the organization is, whether it’s a church, a social group or a multi billion dollar company the leftists all use the same playbook. Here’s the thing: they are completely incapable of actually building or producing anything. Instead, they seek out organizations that have already been built by people who have talent, which they don’t. They then take these organizations over and destroy them from the inside out, sort of like termites. Where an outfit like Google was built on making a product that people liked and became successful now the creators are being replaced with people like the man jaw bitch head of diversity whose job has absolutely nothing to do with creating a product that people want. In fact, the product doesn’t even factor into the equation. This is why no matter what your organization is, you must always be on your guard against entryism. Once you allow these leftists into your organization, they will implant themselves into positions of power where they are able to focus on bringing in more leftists until your entire organization rots from the inside out.
